At Sunfit Health and Fitness Club, we are committed to developing a fitness and nutrition program just right for you. We want to help you get the result you are looking for in the most fun and dynamic way that fits your likes and your lifestyle. To create the fitnes and nutrition plan suited for you we will require you to answer a few questions regarding your fitness level and goals. We would be glad to know you well.

The Total Fitness Assessment
A total fitness assessment is a one hour session with a Sunfit personal trainer where you will:

  • Determine the calorie level you need to achieve your body weight and fitness goals with a calculation of your blood pressure, heart rate, and resting metabolic rate. No weight loss plan should begin without it!
  • Find out your body composition and measurements so you have a benchmark from which to work.
  • Assess your lung velocity, flexibility, cardiovascular and muscular performance.
  • Sample a dynamic workout with a personal trainer followed by a partner-assisted stretch

 
 
 
3. NUTRITION COUNSELLING

We can help inspire you with personalised nutrition programs that can go with your fitness program.

 
 
4. TENNIS LESSONS; SQUASH LESSONS; SWIMMING POOL LESSONS

5. AEROBIC STUDIO
